Totenart can ship your order to: Portugal (excluding the Azores and Madeira), Europe, and a large number of countries worldwide (the available countries are indicated on the website at the time of registration).

Free Shipping

Portugal: 95 euros (not valid for the Azores or Madeira)

Mainland Spain: 95 euros.

  • Cash-on-delivery and PayPal costs are not included in free shipping (cash-on-delivery and PayPal costs are never free under any circumstances).
  • Promotion valid for online orders.

Order Tracking

We want you to know the status of your orders at any time, so we will keep you informed.

  • If your order begins processing (in preparation, pending payment, paid, etc.): this will be indicated on your order form, and we will send you an email.
  • If your order is ready to be shipped (one day before delivery): this will be indicated on your order form, and we will send you an email specifying the courier company, phone number, number of packages, and the shipment reference number.
  • If your order is out for delivery: you can check its real-time status through the tracking link we will have sent you by email.

Shipments

We will not ship any order before verifying payment (except in cases of cash on delivery).

We will consider delivery completed when the courier hands over the package and you have signed the delivery receipt.

You must check and verify the condition of the delivered products, noting on the courier’s delivery slip any visible damage to the packaging at the time of delivery. If the package has no visible damage, it is also advisable to write "subject to inspection" and open and check it within a maximum of 24 hours.

The delivery times indicated are approximate only, although we will make every effort to meet them. Delivery delays do not imply cancellation of the order or any compensation.

Returns

We only accept returns for defective material and are not responsible for installation errors when not performed by our operators. Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the delivery date, always with our prior approval, confirmed by email or other means.

In-store Pickup/Purchase

Pickup of your online order in-store: if you wish to collect your order at our stores, you can do so by indicating it in the comments box when placing your order and waiting for our confirmation that the order is ready.

Direct purchase at our store in Valencia: if you prefer, you can place your order directly at our physical store located in Valencia. This is our address and business hours:
